If you’re specifically looking for an ICF certified and officially trained coach, I might not be the one for you.
My approach to coaching is shaped by my personal experiences, the methods I’ve used with myself and others, mentoring from other coaches, and over 16 years of dedicated research into personal development, including ongoing learning on the subject.
However, I have a master’s degree in history. And use ranges of tools coming from, or like:
NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique, Transaktionsanalyse, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy und Life Coaching, sowie verschiedene Problemlösung-Tools und Tools zur Einstimmung auf deine Intuition.
If you do need to see a therapist, it’s important to note that coaching is not a substitute for therapy, although some of the tools may overlap.
If you’re struggling with depression or other mental health issues, there are reputable organizations that can help put you get in touch with a qualified therapist.
