Coaching Style

You need momentum fast.

That is why I focus my coaching on helping you resolve the more pressing blocks that are holding you back, so that you can see results as quickly as possible.

However, some realisations take a while to fully process.

I can quickly see the connections between different areas of your life and also have an intuitive sense of what needs to be done at the moment.

I use methods and tools from Emotional Freedom Technique, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, intuitive methods that I’ve learned and also developed myself.

I have a rather alternative view of spirituality. In other words, there are a lot of spiritual beliefs out there that I consider to be limiting beliefs in a more sophisticated way.

Having said that, coaching with me is a safe space. You can believe whatever you want, but I will challenge you to believe something that empowers you.

Qualifications

If you’re specifically seeking an ICF certified and officially trained coach, I might not be the right one for you.

My coaching approach is shaped by my personal experiences, the tools I’ve cultivated, mentorship from other coaches, and more than 16 years of dedicated exploration into personal development, including ongoing learning I’m doing on the topic.

If you’re actually in need of a therapist, it’s important to note that coaching is not a substitute for therapy, even though some tools may overlap.

If you’re struggling with depression or any mental health issue, there are reputable organizations that can help connect you with a qualified therapist.

If you expect me to save you, then we should probably not work together. Coaching is about empowerment and guidance, not rescuing.

Vision

In an ideal world, everyone would feel free.

The moment you start to believe that you have no choice is the moment you start to spiral down.

That’s why I think it’s important to be aware of disempowering communication.

Especially in areas like personal development, coaching, psychology and spirituality.

What I want to do by coaching business owners, creatives and coaches in particular is to empower as many people as possible, because they are catalysts.

About me

I faced significant challenges from the very beginning of my existence. As a result, I developed CPTSD, self-destructive beliefs and a mindset that led me to challenging situations and people for much of my life.

I left school at 16 and emigrated to Germany at 19 with no money, a language barrier and almost no connections. A few years later, I achieved one of my biggest dreams, a Master’s degree in a foreign country, but that doesn’t mean I felt happy.

I often found myself holding back from things I wanted, settling for jobs that didn’t match my true desires, and attracting abusive people.

It took me a while to realise that these experiences were reflections of my subconscious thoughts, even though I grew up in an environment where psychology was regularly discussed. Just not in an empowering way.

Everything started to change when I read The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron in 2007, which marked the beginning of my deep dive into journaling and personal development. From that point on, nothing remained the same.

This feeling intensified after my father passed away in 2019, motivating me to further commit to living my life with purpose. It became clear that I wanted to guide others in overcoming limiting beliefs and living a life they love.

Fun Facts

I adore chasing schools of fish while snorkeling in the Mediterranean.

There’s not a single day I spend without music.

I enjoy reading, learning, and writing throughout my life.

As an explanation of my name, as I’m often asked: My mother is French, and my father is Kurdish. I grew up in France.

I hope to die like this: outdoors, with a good drink in hand, gazing at the starry sky or the sun. Or in the battle to conquer the Death Star. But, to make it clear: I’m Team Trekkie.
